Objective: To work on our writing through our journals and to continue work on mastering how to use the apostrophe.
1.) 20 minutes of journaling (this is an open journal, so 20 solid minutes of writing on whatever topic you wish to write on)
2.) Review and correct apostrophe homework from Friday
3.) Now it's time to show what you know - write a story or sentences showcasing the correct usage of the apostrophe.
4.) Word Work starts today! Click here for the direction sheet if you were absent or you lost it. It should be in the Words section of your binder right behind your Table of Contents page.

1.) Review the "Element of a Story" reference sheet you were given today in class (Reading Section). Come in tomorrow with any questions.
2.) Finish the apostrophe work from class today.
